Marie was my direct report and assistant for over eight years at Apartment Data. During that time, I watched her grow in her abilities and duties, always taking on more and more responsibility and learning new tasks and skills. As a result, she was able to contribute to the success of not only the department, but also the overall company.

Her attention to detail was stellar, and her adherence to rules and policies was unparalleled. Her creativity was very sound, and I would expect her to easily succeed in a Creative Services role. Her accuracy and sense of responsibility for her work are qualities that any manager would desire in a direct report.

Marie worked very closely with me and was directly responsible for increased quality in my own work. She brought intuitive and sound ideas to the table, she always had great strategic proposals for the department, and quite often she would persuade me in decision-making processes with positive results.
